BARBARA ASHER AYISI LOSES CAPE COAST NORTH SEAT TO NDC

• Provisional results show that the NDC's candidate Dr Kwamina Minta Nyarku 22,972 as against Barbara Ayisi's 21,643.

The incumbent Member of Parliament for Cape Coast North, Barbara Asher Ayisi has lost her seat to the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

Provisional results show that the NDC's candidate Dr Kwamina Minta Nyarku 22,972 as against Barbara Ayisi's 21,643.

In the presidential race however, the NPP's Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo led with 24,360 as against John Dramani Mahama's 20,105.
