• Over 100,000 delegates ready to cast their votes to elect parliamentary candidates who will contest the parliamentary elections on December 7, on the ticket of the party.
According to peacefm the sitting MP, Daniel Okyem Aboagye for Bantama Constituency in the Ashanti region has been caught sharing money to delegates.
Peacefmonline a reliable report received indicates, the MP invited some delegates to his office and gave them a sum of GHC 2,000 each.
"At 11 pm Friday night, Okyem Aboagye went to Mary Donkor’s house together with Elizabeth Gyebi and gave each delegate GHc 2,000 and his campaign booklet,"an eyewitness said.
It continued that the two women refused his money but the MP still left the envelops there.
Further reports state that the women have sworn not to touch the money.
The incumbent MP is contesting with Deputy Chief of Staff, Francis Asenso-Boakye.
