According to the National Health Commission, China has stepped into the routine management of the prevention and control of the COVID epidemic, there have been local transmission cases in several areas in China.
However, after epidemiological investigations, it was found that these epidemic outbreaks were mainly related to imported cases.
It indicates that the current difficulty for China is to fight against the risk of imported cases. Vaccination is an important way to prevent and control the spread of the epidemic, whether in China or abroad. They can also reduce the incidence of severe cases and deaths significantly.
