为切实做好新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控，加快推进新冠疫苗接种，尽快建立鹿城区人群免疫屏障，现将有关事项通告如下：
一、根据国家疫情防控工作要求，鹿城区18周岁及以上（不限户籍）无疫苗接种禁忌症人员均属于“应种尽种”人群。请尚未接种人员持本人身份证到鹿城区各疫苗接种点，于7月25日前完成第一针接种，8月25日前完成第二针接种。
二、自7月15日起，全区机关企事业单位、医疗机构、车站、养老机构、学校（幼儿园、校外培训机构）、商场超市、农贸市场、宾馆（旅馆）、酒店、民宿、农家乐、银行、景区、图书馆、文化馆、剧院、博物馆、影院、KTV、网吧、健身房、宗教场所、民间信仰活动场所及各类办事大厅等人群聚集场所都将实行“二码联查”，在查验健康码的同时检查新冠疫苗接种记录（入口位于支付宝健康码下方），并对未接种人员进行信息登记，动员其及时接种。
三、7月31日前，全区党政机关、企事业单位干部职工和广大党员除禁忌症外，均需完成全程接种。公共服务行业单位承担“应种尽种”的主体责任，未实现“应种尽种”的单位由行业主管部门纳入疫情防控重点监管。假期返鹿尚未接种的18周岁及以上人员，请尽快到鹿城区各疫苗接种点完成接种。
四、大型聚集性活动主办方应查验参加人员疫苗接种记录，实行疫苗接种准入制。未接种疫苗人员不宜参加活动，如要参加活动需持7天内核酸检测阴性证明。
五、广大市民在接种新冠疫苗后，仍要继续遵守疫情防控相关规定，牢记“戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、少聚集”四大措施，保护自身和家人的健康。
